Abstract: The objectives of this research are 1) To test and analyze the influence of financial performance, capital structure and good corporate governance simultaneously on company value. 2) To test and analyze the influence of financial performance on company value. 3) To test and analyze the effect of capital structure on company value. 4) To test and analyze the effect that good corporate governance can moderate the relationship between financial performance and company value. 5) To test and analyze the effect that can moderate the relationship between capital structure and company value. The method used in this research is a quantitative method where the data collection method used is purposive sampling. Based on the research results, it is not statistically proven that financial performance has a significant effect on company value, it is statistically proven that capital structure has a significant effect on company value, it is proven that financial performance moderated by institutional ownership which is a form of proxy for good corporate governance has a significant effect on company value, it is proven that structure capital moderated by institutional ownership which is a form of proxy for good corporate governance has a significant effect on company value,
