Abstract: This chapter presents issues related to the impact of reflexive control on the escalation of the migration crisis at the Belarus-EU border. The essential contents include the concept of reflexive control t and its theoretical aspects in terms of methods and ways of implementation of the management in question. Inquiries are presented to clarify the essence of applied disinformation as a form of Maskirovka, which had a key impact on the escalation of the migration crisis both on the Polish society, which was the subject of the hybrid operation and on the international community. The considerations undertaken in the chapter also address the practical solutions applied by Russia and Belarus using advanced methods and modes of reflexive control.
