Abstract: Workplace well-being is a general feeling of satisfaction and fulfillment at work that goes beyond the absence of health problems, therefore, well-being focuses on how individuals and groups view the circumstances and limits of their work. This study analyzed the level of labor welfare of public sector workers by comparing results between sociodemographic variables. 580 public collaborators from the Arequipa Region in Peru participated. The results showed that 64.1% of the workers had moderate to low occupational well-being. Likewise, opinions in this regard suggested the need to improve conditions that enhance the contribution to labor welfare.
