Abstract: PT. ASW Foods is a company engaged in the production of biscuits and wafers which has distributed its products not only domestically but internationally. This success cannot be separated from the performance of PT.ASW Foods employees. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of motivation. environmental. performance and work discipline variables. This research method uses Path path analysis using SPSS test results. The respondents in this study were 87 people who were permanent employees. The results of the research that conclude are that motivation has a positive and significant effect on discipline. the environment has a positive and significant effect on discipline. motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. the environment has a positive and significant effect on performance. discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance. motivation has a positive and significant effect significant effect on performance through discipline. and the environment has a positive effect on performance through work discipline.
