Abstract: Professional astronaut journeys have set health standards for space exploration. Real-world experiences extending beyond highly selected career astronauts are needed to inform the emerging era of civilian spaceflight.1 Expanding on civilian flights into low Earth orbit, the Axiom Ax-1 mission, the first all-private endeavor to the International Space Station, provided an opportunity to monitor civilian responses to space. We here report plasma biomarker health profiles of 2 Axiom Ax-1 crew members.
