Development of New Designs of Gp Type Oil-gas Burner Devices With Nitrogen Oxides Low Emission for Oil Refinery Furnaces

Abstract: The article discusses variants for new designs of GP type combined burner devices developed by the authors for oil refinery furnaces in order to reduce harmful emissions of toxic nitrogen oxides as one of the most dangerous chemicals. The main factors influencing the formation of nitrogen oxides during fuel combustion have been established. A classification of burner devices used in tube furnaces at oil refineries is given. Original designs of low-toxicity burner devices of the GP type, protected by patents for utility models differing from existing analogues in novelty and high environmental efficiency are recommended for implementation.
