Abstract: This paper explores the concepts of loyalty and good faith in the context of public policy implementation, focusing on the Brazilian scenario. Loyalty and good faith are crucial elements in fostering effective governance and ensuring the success of public policies. However, in the Brazilian context, various challenges such as corruption, political instability, and institutional weaknesses often hinder the faithful implementation of policies.
