Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation Using the Evolut FX+ Platform With Optimal Diamond-Coronary Alignment

Abstract: We present one of the inaugural transcatheter aortic valve implantation procedures using the latest Medtronic platform, Evolut FX+. Successful coronary angiography was achieved within 28 seconds and 1 minute 49 seconds for the left and right coronary arteries, respectively. Postoperative cardiac computed tomography scan demonstrated optimal commissural and diamond-coronary alignment.
