Engaging Development Opportunities for Faculty and Staff

Abstract: Robust development programming for faculty and staff stretches across the three campuses of the College. A 15-member Development Committee plans and executes monthly development programs that range from health and wellness to artificial intelligence in research. At the beginning of each academic year, faculty and staff receive a survey to assess their topics of interest. Throughout the year, the Chair of the Development Committee also receives names of potential speakers and additional topics of interest from faculty and staff.
