Abstract: This case report describes the treatment of a young female adult presenting with a moderate mandibular overgrowth relative to the maxilla. Accompanying malocclusion included procumbent upper anterior teeth, deep overbite, a complete buccal crossbite at the upper left molar, and tilted lower right premolar. The upper dental arch exhibited a tapered form, the lingually blocked-out premolar contributed to a collapsed alveolar ridge. The patient was treated with clear aligners instead of fixed appliances.
