Abstract: Since the focus is on psychological healing in spaces where people live their daily lives due to problems such as stress, anxiety, and depression, and this is affected by spatial sensitivity, this study aims to explore the relationship between psychological stability and emotional change in space through the Heart Rate Variability (HRV) experiment. The research method selects spatial images centered on "form," "color," "contrast," and "texture," first evaluates them through the "Likert 5-point scale" of emotional vocabulary, compares the values before and after lighting, analyzes emotional changes and differences, and secondly, through the Heart Rate Variability (HRV) experiment, analyzes the "stress index" and the "body defense function scale (RMSD) index" to explore the relationship between "psychological stability" and "space sensitivity."At this time, the spatial image is two pairs before and after lighting, and the subjects are 20 college students majoring in spatial design.Looking at the relationship between psychological stability and spatial sensitivity, it can be seen that the illuminated space is psychologically stable at this time, and the "heavy," "dark," and "calm" atmosphere created by "contrast" of "color" or "shape" caused by lighting induces "comfortable," "warm," and "soft" emotions that affect emotionally.
