Abstract: Leflunomide can be used in management of psoriatic disease. Leflunomide's active metabolite, teriflunomide, is used in the treatment of multiple sclerosis and has unexpectedly been rarely reported to induce pustular psoriasis. In this report, we present a patient with multiple sclerosis who developed inverse psoriasis after starting teriflunomide.
