Abstract: Retrospective cohort study of 31 fetuses with isolated CDH who underwent FETO. TFLV was measured by MRI before FETO and 6 weeks after FETO on original MRI volumes and after motion artifact correction using SVR (SVRTK). Pearson Correlation (r,p) was used to evaluate the correlation between O/E TFLV obtained using original MRI or SVR volumes. Prediction of 6-month survival based on O/E TFLV obtained using original volumes or after SVR was evaluated using ROC analyses. There were no differences in O/E TFLV measurements using original (24.47[6-52]%) or SVR volumes (25.5[9-49]%, p = 0.07) before FETO or after FETO (33.70[8-116]% vs 32.40[12-76]%, p = 0.17). There was a good agreement for O/E TFLV estimation between original and SVR volumes before FETO (r = 0.75, p < 0.01) and a very good agreement after FETO (r = 0.96, p < 0.01). ROC analysis showed similarities in the prediction of survival after FETO when O/E TFLV was measured using original volumes or SVR volumes (see figure 1). There was a good correlation and comparable postnatal survival prediction between O/E TFLVs measured on original MRI volumes or after SVR.
