Abstract: Administrative responsibility refers to the negative legal repercussions imposed by the State on entities for their administrative violations. The practical implementation of laws pertaining to the penalization of administrative offences has demonstrated that considering both mitigating and aggravating factors for individuals and organizations guilty of such violations is both effective and necessary to distinguish the levels of administrative accountability. This article identifies shortcomings in the legal stipulations concerning the aggravating factors of administrative responsibility and suggests potential areas for enhancement.
