Design and Development of an Android App for the Undergraduate College Library: A Case Study

Abstract: The creation of an Android application for a library is described in this paper.Nowadays, Everybody has a smartphone, which is an invaluable tool for resource access.Providing users with easy access to information is the primary goal of our Android app.The article describes using Android App Inventor 2 to create a library Android app.Additionally, a brief explanation of the requirements and procedures for making a library app is provided.Through this program, users can access resources such as the OPAC, question papers, syllabus, E-Notes, N-LIST, and websites for libraries and colleges.It saves customers time and energy while increasing the number of visitors to the library.
