Abstract: Computer vision syndrome, often known as digital eye strain, is a collection of eye and vision issues brought on by using computers and other electronic devices. Today, a lot of individuals spend a lot of time in front of such devices. Up to 80% of users experience substantial symptoms both during and immediate after seeing electronic screen, because of the visual requirements are so different from those of conventional printed materials. The main ocular causes of this syndrome are reviewed in this paper, along with suggestions on how to adapt the routine eye exam to account for modern visual demands.
