Abstract: Primary hepatic neuroendocrine tumor is a very rare lesion which poses a diagnostic challenge to the clinician as well as the radiologist due to various close mimics. Prompt identification, diagnosis, and treatment are imperative to save the life of the patient. In this case report, we wish to highlight the features of this rare entity in a 63-year-old male who presented with melena, weight loss, and decreased appetite.
