Abstract: The proof of Lemma 2.5 of the author's article "A Hecke algebra isomorphism over close local fields" (Pacific J. Math. 319:2 (2022), 307-332) is incorrect.We use a slight variant of the original approach to correct the proof.This leads to some modifications to some parts of Section 3 of the original article, and these are given in Section 2 of this note.With these modifications, Theorem 4.1 of the original article holds.
