Abstract: This work aims to identify the level of knowledge and importance of the right to food and sustainable food systems in Law Degree students. To meet this objective, a comparative analysis of the pre and post-test of a virtual course developed from environmental education and educational technology was carried out. It was found that there is interest in the right to food and sustainable food systems, but it is little worked within the Law Degree, therefore, some students have investigated it independently. It is concluded that, due to the degree of importance and interest in the food issue, it is necessary to implement subjects dedicated to it within the curricula of Law degrees.
