Abstract: Spectrum of allergenic sensitization in children of the Kyrgyz Republic using a modern molecular allergy test — ALEX. The study was conducted on 45 patients seeking medical help. Based on the results of the data obtained, we can conclude that molecular diagnostics make it possible to distinguish with high accuracy between true and cross-reactivity, which has significant clinical significance for adequate diagnosis of a wide range of sensitization to allergens and an informed choice of pathogenetic therapy.
