Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the role of incentives and work motivation for employees and to determine employee performance in the Banjarmasin family's sasirangan fabric production business.The research method used is descriptive method to create an overview of the performance of the Banjarmasin Sasirangan Family employees.The population of this research is the production employees of the Sasirangan Family Shop, Banjarmasin, totaling 30 people.The research sample used is a saturated sample.The results of the study found that the role of incentives and work motivation in an effort to improve the performance of employees in the production department at the Banjarmasin Sasirangan Family Store is expected to improve employee performance, loyalty, discipline, and a sense of responsibility towards positions and improve the quality of leadership for employees.In this case the company is expected to be able to manage all employee expectations.
