Abstract: 2024 International Conference on Renewable Energy Technology and Electrical Engineering (RETEE2024) is co-sponsored by Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power, North University of China, Xi’an Shiyou University, and Zhejiang Association of Young Professionals, and hosted by the School of Electrical Engineering and the Science and Technology Department, Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power. It was held on April 19-21, 2024 in Hangzhou, China. RETEE2024 focused on research areas such as “efficient conversion and utilization of new energy”, “new energy materials”, “battery technology”, “energy storage and multi-energy collaborative operation technology” and “renewable energy systems”, aiming to provide opportunities for participating experts, scholars, and engineers share their insight into cutting-edge research trends, broaden research ideas, promote the transformation of academic achievements. RETEE2024 has attracted participants from various universities, research institutes and companies in the industry. It provides a communication platform that contributing wisdom and strength to serve the dual-carbon strategy and green development. The proceeding of RETEE2024 collects research papers which comprehensively investigates the technologies concerning Electrical Engineering, New Energy, and Power Systems. Each accepted paper has undergone double-blinded peer-reviewed by 2 experts. The reviews considered the paper’s originality, relevance, significance, logic, completeness, structure and language. The Technical Program Committee members contribute a lot to deal with the manuscripts and reviews. The conference accepted 24 papers finally. The Organizing Committee of RETEE2024 sincerely express our gratitude to all the keynote speakers, editors, committee members, volunteers, staffs and organizers for their endeavor and precious time spent on the conference.
