Abstract: This article analyzes the philosophical aspects of the development of the national identity and historical consciousness of young people in the creation of the foundation of the third Renaissance and the implementation of consistent reforms in society. Also, when creating the foundation of the third renaissance in Uzbekistan, the historical consciousness of young people, the conceptual foundations of spiritual and moral education and strategic tasks in its implementation are studied in detail.
