Traffic analysis of different geometries of a junction for optimization of vehicle capacity and traffic safety increase

Abstract: Identifying various vehicle movement characteristics inside a network requires a careful assessment and different measurements technics, in regards to road traffic studies. These measures are influenced by a variety of variables, including the direction of traffic, changes in daily transportation demand, junction geometry and location in areal of study, style of road and also the size of the study area. Examining various geometries and arrangements of lanes with different distributions of vehicle platoons of the junction based on traffic-related elements is the goal of this essay. The analysis of the junction in regards to the speed, volume, capacity, pollution and traffic safety can give alternative solution and provide a foundation for the implementation of various political strategies in the area.
