Abstract: This study aims to analyze the process of Strategic Planning for Human Resources in an approach of competitive advantage for organizations and the benefits that organizations get when they deploy efficiently the HR strategic facing organizational competitiveness, addressing the concept and its range in the magnitude of the strategic process. Strategic Human Resource Planning is a fundamental process for any organization, as a whole, living moment in the spotlight in the current view, being the complexity of conducting strategic or decisions that impact the human resources and organizational corporation process. A deepening this subject can help companies improve their processes to achieve excellence in its services.
