Abstract: applications of AA curtailed TSLP levels by inhibiting the expression of signal transducer and activator of transcription 6, a key regulator of pruritus and an initiator of mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling pathways. Additionally, AA affected the expression of tumor necrosis factor-like weak inducer of apoptosis/fibroblast growth factor-inducible 14, a pathway of interest in the study of cutaneous inflammatory diseases. Collectively, these findings propose that AA holds potential as an effective therapeutic agent for treating AD-induced skin inflammation.
