Abstract: Doctors of various specialties, depending on their professional activities, use specific professional communication skills more often in the doctor-patient model. The list of communication skills used by doctors of different specialties differs. A study was conducted at Tver State Medical University aimed at studying the peculiarities of the use of communication skills by internists, surgeons and obstetricians-gynecologists of the outpatient polyclinic level.
