Abstract: We present a new prototype tool intended to enable SMOs without specialist expertise in the area to implement Automated Decision-Making (ADM) with confidence. We report on the design and (briefly) evaluation of the tool, demonstrating the potential utility of a simple tool, implemented using easily accessible software (Microsoft Forms), to improve trust in the implementation of ADM.
