Synthesis of amino silicone oil for use in oil agent in carbon fiber

Abstract: An oil with uniform particle size distribution, good heat storage, and good wettability for carbon fiber was prepared. In other words, by mixing with non-ionic emulsifiers E1303 and E1309, the most suitable synthesis temperature, solid content, and the proportion of silicone oil emulsifiers were explored by using the control variable method. The results show that carbon fiber oil with uniform particle size distribution and good heat-resistant storage can be obtained when the synthesis temperature is 50°C, the solid content is 20% and the emulsifier ratio is 1:3. The particle size of the carbon fiber oil is 200 nm, the particle size distribution index is less than 0.3, and the particle size distribution is uniform.
