Abstract: A pre-experimental study was conducted to assess the effectiveness of video assisted teaching on knowledge and attitude regarding anaemia among the girls in the selected arts and science college at Natham Dindigul District Tamilnadu.50college girls who were studying in arts and science group were recruited by convenience sampling method.After conducting pre-test level of knowledge by using questionnaire and attitude with Likert scale video assisted teaching was given for 1 hour regarding the causes, Resic actors signs & symptoms, presentun and management.After 10 days of the intervention post test was conducted by using the same tools.Analysis revealed that video assisted teaching was effective to improve the knowledge and attitude among college girls Receiving
