Abstract: In dentistry, the management of inflammation following dental procedures primarily involves NSAIDs, such as ibuprofen and diclofenac, but it is crucial to consider comorbidities such as hypertension and diabetes when prescribing these medications. Paracetamol is preferred in cases where NSAIDs are contraindicated, especially in pregnant women, and personalized treatment is essential to ensure safety and efficacy.
