Abstract: Online platforms are extremely important for tertiary students.Because we depend on one another to develop and get better, the internet exists.It fosters cooperation among individuals and ideas.Additionally, it opens doors for progress in the areas where students are falling short.When we are unaware of the world around us and beyond, ignorance has a tendency to rule the day.In order to improve the performance of the country's tertiary level, the study aims to create a web-based community for students in tertiary institutions.This community will allow students to interact, compete, get feedback, and obtain larger mental models of their particular professions.The designed system is an online program that runs on the web and offers a community platform for users to exchange information.It also creates an environment for university students to communicate and collaborate on academic projects.The online app will encourage students to learn actively and to have a general awareness of the subjects they are studying.
