Abstract: This paper focuses on Health monitoring as well as sanitization using ultraviolet rays.Ultraviolet range helps you to kill microorganism and protect you against this microorganism attack.UVC light is fast, effective and proven disinfection tool against harmful bacteria and viruses.The disinfection of surface is the most predictable application of UV is highly effective at controlling microbial growth and achieving sterilization of most type of surface.Considering Health monitoring system it consist of various sensors.The first important sensor is temperature sensor.A temperature sensor is a device, typically, a thermocouple or resistance temperature detector, that provides temperature measurement in a readable from through an electrical signal.The pulse oximeter estimates arterial hemoglobin saturation by measuring the light absorbance of pulsating vascular tissue at two wavelengths.Pulse oximeter combines two LED a photo detector, optimize optics, and low noise analog signal processing to detect pulse oximeter and heart rate signal.
