Abstract: Chassis of a vehicle is considered as the most important structural member to absorb impact and to carry loads.This study primarily focuses and analyses the E-rickshaw chassis frame with different materials to calculate the strength, deformation and weight of frame in different conditions.To achieve so, the chassis frame is designed on fusion 360 and tested on Ansys software for getting approximate results.To achieve maximum accuracy variable loads are provided to the chassis frame for testing the amount of deformation and impact it can cause, therefore ensuring the safety and strength of the material.The results are simplified by graphic depiction and various screenshots are attached for better understanding of the testing.
