Abstract: Supplemental Figure 2: Kaplan-Meier survival curves for ovarian cancer-specific mortality among cases with Type II tumors (high/unknown grade serous, poorly differentiated, or high grade endometrioid) for A) BRCA1 mutation carriers, B) BRCA2 mutation carriers (solid black lines). Grey lines are women with no mutation in any of the measured high-penetrance genes. Hazard ratios (HR) and 95% confidence intervals (CI) were calculated from Cox Proportional hazard models and were adjusted for age at diagnosis (continuous), year of ovarian cancer diagnosis (continuous), and stage (0, I, II, III, IV, Unknown)
