Year: 2024
Type: article
Study design: Case Report
Abstract: Meningiomas are the most common primary intracranial tumors, accounting for approximately 20% of all intracranial tumors. Lipomatous meningiomas are a rare variant of meningiomas, constituting less than 1% of all meningiomas. We report a case of an 83-year-old woman who presented with decreased visual acuity. CT and MRI revealed an extra-axial mass in the left cerebellopontine angle with lipomatous features.
