Abstract: Reforms and changes carried out in all spheres of coexistence are aimed at ensuring the development of the state's free economic market. The establishment of free market relations made business a natural component of the Georgian economy. On the way to building the country as a legal state, an important role is played by the protection of property and non-property interests and the creation of its guarantees of compliance with international standards.
