Abstract: This study is on the molecular evolutionary genetic analysis of Anapulvinaria pistaciae (Bodenheimer), which is a serious pest of pista. This study explored its ribosomal DNA from area 5.8S, and it now listed with the National Biotechnology Information Center (NCBI, GenBank- entry number OR074914.1). The codons involved in the coding of amino acid codons are distinguished. Tajima’s relative velocity test was used. A dendrogram of A. pistaciae has been developed using the maximum likelihood method.
