Abstract: Work proves the stability and strength of screw feeding mechanism made for outlet of pulping material auger.A screw reactor is a continuous reactor where the feed is transported and mixed by a screw (auger).The operational conditions have an influence on the process.Overall work modelling comes into place, because it is faster and cheaper than experimenting.This work gives a list of possible modelling techniques, whether or not validated by experiments that are used for the different applications of the screw reactor.Work is taken on sheet metal validation with weldment technologies and its methodology with proven material selection, also bringing manufacturability of the same product.New product development shaped into conical screw feeding reactor with its axle and flights design
