Abstract: The "Mobile Shop Management System" project is designed to automate the operations of a mobile shop, focusing on managing product details, customer information, employee data, sales, and services. The system uses Visual Basic .NET for the front-end and SQL Server for the back-end, providing a user-friendly interface to improve efficiency by automating tasks like inventory updates, billing, and report generation. Key features of the system include: 1. Customer and Employee Profiles: Maintains detailed records of customers and employees, with unique identifiers to avoid duplication. 2. Inventory Management: Automatically updates stock levels based on purchases and sales. 3. Billing and Service Management: Tracks customer purchases, billing details, and service records, including warranty and non-warranty services.
