Model of Individual Educational Program of Teacher’s Professional Growth in the Regional System of Additional Professional Education

Abstract: The paper presents the results of monitoring and the assessment of professional teacher’s competence, an analysis of the content of the teacher’s designed individual educational routes. The authors focus on the scientific and methodological support of the development and implementation of individual educational program of professional growth used for overcoming professional deficiencies and development of professional competences of teachers. The paper describes the main stages, content and forms of the implementation of individual educational program.
