Abstract: Peptides were synthesized by SPPS on Rink-Amide MBHA resin using standard Fmoc/ t Bu protocol.The azaglycine was introduced using CDI and Fmoc-hydrazide dissolved in DMF and in the presence of 2 eq. of DIEA (Figure 2).
