Abstract: Lay Summary Despite being a rare adverse event, Guillain-Barré syndrome should be a differential diagnosis in patients taking tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) inhibitors who develop neurological events. Ustekinumab seems to be a safe option after TNF-α inhibitors in these patients.
