Abstract: The article considers current issues of pricing in the hotel, clarifies the nature and specifics of pricing for accommodation services. The factors influencing the pricing for hotel services are summarized, and the tariffs for hotel rooms are classified. The methodological approaches to pricing in the field of hotel services in domestic and foreign practice are and systematized, the feasibility and directions of their application in the activities of hotel organizations are substantiated. A three-stage concept of the pricing process in the hotel is proposed, as well as a methodology for calculating tariffs for hotel rooms.
