Abstract: Biomarkers play a crucial role in advancing our understanding of Alzheimer's disease (AD). These measurable indicators enable the detection of the presence and progression of the disease at earlier stages, therefore improving patient outcomes and providing opportunities for timely intervention and more personalized treatment plans.1 This series aims to provide a forward-thinking perspective on the current state of biomarker research and the challenges we face in implementing these tools in clinical practice and clinical trials.
