Abstract: The study will compare student learning processes and their outcomes in e-learning and classroom education. The popularity of e-learning is because it is very flexible; it allows students to learn at their own time and avails a variety of resources from any place.Traditional education needs the student to be present at the learning institution, but it also involves a direct link with teachers which might be very important for some of the students as learners. At the research level, all sorts of factors are looked into: technology itself, cost implications, social interactions, achievement, motivation and availability of materials.According to the outcomes, it is clear that though e-learning is flexible and easy to access for the learners, this system might be quite disadvantageous for the learners who face difficulty in motivating themselves or using instruments based on the internet technology. The aim of this research is to determine the most efficient method for various situations and learner types. It implies that online and traditional learning each have their own advantages and disadvantages, and the best choice varies based on the needs of students, educators, and institutions. The results of this study can help in improving decision-making for delivering high-quality education in various settings.
