Abstract: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) presents with a wide array of cutaneous manifestations. The classical cutaneous features are malar rash, discoid rash, annular and papulosquamous lesions. There can also be some atypical manifestations. We present the case report of a patient, which satisfies the ACR/EULAR 2019 criteria for lupus and presented with unusual manifestation of a petechial rash.
