The Building Background of the Branch Industrial Parks in the Tula-Novomoskovsk Agglomeration

Abstract: The tendencies of the industrial parks formation in the Russian agglomerations are considers in the article. The branch and territorial features of industrial parks foundation in the Tula region are determined on basis of the experience study of the special economic zone (SEZ) «Uzlovaya». The positive influence of the manufacturing SEZ on the branch clusters in agglomerations is confirmed.
