A framework to study cyber expert's activities. First steps

Abstract: This paper presents the analytical framework of an ongoing study of the activity of cyber experts in French tradition ergonomics. It introduces the different professions involved in cybersecurity, defines the term "vulnerability" in this field, presents some of specific features of cyberattacks, and introduces the question on ongoing research and the methodology.
