Abstract: The article discusses training technology and its application in vocational education. The main stages of training are explained: from personal experience to active experimentation. Various types of training technologies and their subtypes are considered depending on the purpose, number of participants and delivery method. Since training technology is not the only method of organizing the educational process, the advantages of using training in the classroom are explained.
